Company Formation with Address

The deal includes our fully comprehensive limited company formation (usual fee £129), our UK registered office address service (usual fee £95) and our service address option for all directors and PSCs (usual fee £35 per person). Using these services combined will keep your home address from appearing anywhere on the public record for the company

The price is £200 inclusive of all registration fees and address fees (a saving of £164 for a two person company, or £94 for a one person company) and includes the forwarding of statutory mail by scan and e-mail.

Forming a company is an important step in any business and it pays to get it right the first time. Our service provides that your company is set up legally and correctly from the start with all statutory registers, minutes and share certificates fully completed and provided in electronic or hard copy. The maintenance of these documents is a legal requirement for all companies and having them completed on incorporation by us will save any requirement to spend further time or cost in bringing these documents up to date at a later stage.
