This includes all share allotments, setting of accounting reference date, share certificates and completed minutes and registers.

Each company formation has been designed to be fully complete and all our companies are delivered with professionally presented statutory books completed in electronic format or in hard copy, in an easy to use hardback file.

Please note Scottish companies must have a registered office address in Scotland and Northern Ireland companies must have a registered office address in Northern Ireland.
